Refunds and Cancellations

Pure Drywall – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 7, 2025

At Pure Drywall, we understand that schedules can change. The following policy outlines our procedures for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit secures your scheduled project date and covers administrative preparation, materials ordering, and project coordination.
If a deposit is not received, Pure Drywall cannot guarantee scheduling availability.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled project will not incur additional charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to up to 20% of the total project amount.
For no-shows or cancellations made on the same day of service, Pure Drywall reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse future scheduling.

Estimates are free and cannot incur fees for cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Projects rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Repeated cancellations or reschedules may affect scheduling priority for future services.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not issued for deposits or completed work.
If a project has not yet started and materials have not been purchased, a partial refund may be considered, minus administrative and transaction costs.

In cases where work has been completed, any refund requests must be submitted in writing and will only be considered if there is verified non-compliance with workmanship standards or contract terms.

5. Work Interruptions

If work must be paused or delayed due to customer-related issues (e.g., site inaccessibility, other contractors on-site, or unpaid balances), Pure Drywall reserves the right to reschedule work or apply additional fees to cover lost time and expenses.
