Pure Drywall – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 7, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Pure Drywall (“Contractor”) to its customers (“Client”). By accepting an estimate, scheduling work, or signing a contract, the Client agrees to these terms.

1. Scope of Work

Pure Drywall will provide all materials, labor, and services necessary for the drywall installation, repair, or finishing work described in the estimate.
Any additional services outside the agreed-upon scope must be approved in writing through a change order.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Pricing may be adjusted if material costs or project scope changes before the Client accepts the proposal.

3. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required before scheduling work. This deposit secures your start date and covers administrative and preparation costs.
The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee and 1.5% monthly interest on unpaid balances. Failure to pay may result in a lien being placed on the property.

4. Change Orders

Any alterations or deviations involving additional labor, materials, or changes in project scope will be executed only with a written change order signed by the Client.
These changes may affect pricing and completion timelines.

5. Warranty

Pure Drywall provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on all completed work. This warranty covers defects directly related to our workmanship only.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of discovery to remain eligible for warranty service.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, environmental conditions, third-party work, or pre-existing structural issues.

6. Insurance

Pure Drywall maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage in compliance with Ohio state laws.
Clients are encouraged to verify coverage upon request.

7. Project Schedule and Completion

All projects are scheduled in good faith based on material availability, labor resources, and weather conditions.
If delays occur beyond our control, Pure Drywall will communicate revised completion dates promptly.

8. Photos and Media

Project photos and videos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes.
No faces or identifying details will be displayed. Clients may opt out by contacting our office prior to the start of the project.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or local court proceedings in Montgomery County, Ohio.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between Pure Drywall and the Client.
No other verbal or written communications shall modify these terms unless signed by both parties.
